What really makes me admire him out of this is how he managed to have the stress of being a world champion and being popular and still managed to keep his grades all the way up to a B. I know I absolutely wouldn’t be able to juggle things like that, but I know a lot of people who are like that, especially from our school. I really want to know, what does it feel like to juggle all that stress (sports, musical stuff, etc.) and despite all that, just keep your grades up? Well, I know I definitely can’t handle it, and if I ever did, then I’d need to be a genius, or so I think.
k says, “My junior year was almost a carbon copy of my sophomore year. I skated and attended school, but skating was beginning to blow up and my demo schedule began to demand more weekends” (101).
